BAUER

The black replacement chin strap with ear loops is a practical replacement part for many BAUER ice hockey helmets and helmets from other manufacturers. It is ideal when the existing chin strap or side ear loops are damaged, worn or lost.

The chin strap runs underneath the chin and helps keep the helmet in its intended position during play. The side ear loops connect the chin strap to the corresponding attachment points on the helmet. This allows an existing ice hockey helmet to be fitted with a new strap system without having to replace the complete helmet.

Suitable for many hockey helmets
The replacement chin strap is suitable for BAUER helmets, with the exception of the BAUER 1500. Due to the similar attachment systems used on many hockey helmets, the strap can also be used with numerous helmets from other brands. For helmets from other manufacturers, the existing attachment points should be compared with the ear loop system before purchase.

Chin straps and ear loops are components that can be exposed to sweat, movement and frequent opening and closing, particularly on regularly used ice hockey helmets. Replacing worn or damaged straps allows an existing helmet to continue to be used with a complete strap system.
