The weights for skates are the ideal training aid to improve speed, balance and endurance.
The skate weight is made from double stitched ballistic nylon. The skate weights are fastened around the foot with the help of 3 adjustable velcro straps. By a 2-part construction of the weight, the weights adapt to the shape of the foot. There are two individual weights installed, so that the weight can be varied.
